How to use
Step 1
Choose project type that suits you
Hit the plus button in the bottom menu to choose project type. Pick Simple - for quick,
uncomplicated tasks list like grocery shopping. Choose Advanced if you need a multilevel
project structure with additional stages and subtasks. Go with Routines if you like to
track repeated activities - weekly daily workout for example.
Step 2
Set project properties
Project just needs a name to be saved. However you may want to add some extra properties
to it like alert times, deadlines or stages and subtasks depending on a complexity of
the job to be done. Moreover priority colours and badges will ad visual hierarchy to
your tasks. You can adjust the project properties later at any moment.
Step 3
Choose your base - the fun starts here!
Need extra motivation? We figured a way to visualise a project progress. Tap the “Show
Base” icon in the bottom menu while editing a project and pick a base animation
scenario. Now this base is attached to the project and will grow with it. Beware - if
you do not fulfil the tasks on time the base will degrade. Have fun and control your
progress!
Step 4
Easy access screen
Quickly review your progress and update projects from the app home screen. Touch
the downward arrow next to a project name to expand the view and easily access
the project’s stages and tasks and preview the base development. Tap circle
checkboxes on the left to immediately complete a project, stage or task.
Too many projects on your home screen? Use tabs at the top to personalise the
view and quickly switch between project types. Need more advanced filtering? Tap
the filters icon in the top left corner and pick additional options.
